In deepest, darkest Hackney there lies an enchanted forest, a mystical world of twisted fairy tales and fantastical stories. At the heart of the forest awaits a feast for wandering travellers just like you, more delicious than a gingerbread house and more tempting than a prince’s kiss. To reach the feast you must run the gauntlet of strange characters and terrifying beasts, who will try to trick you with riddles and clues, and lure you to a sticky end. But there are also friends in the forest; amiable spirits who will teach you how to pitch a tent or find a tree house and help you survive a night at the mercy of the wicked woods. Will you eat the poisoned apple? Will you follow a trail of breadcrumbs back to safety? Write your own story throughout the course of the evening and decide how it ends – you are the author of your own fate.
